Recreational Program

This Recreational program is designed to continue the long tradition of soccer fun and community atmosphere by Verrado Assembly and executed by Benfica. Our goal is to provide a sponsored league that everyone can play at minimal cost!

The recreational has two seasons, one in the fall and one in the spring.  The fall season runs from September – November and the spring season runs from Mar – April.

Spring League

SEASON INFORMATION:

• Boys & Girls 3 years old to 11 years old

• Game Dates: March 7 to April 25

• Practices: Once during the week for an hour 5:30 to 6:30 pm Tuesday's 

• Games: Saturday mornings

• Location: Verrado Heritage School fields

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 

     Registration Close Date: Feb 1, 2020

Adidas kit provided for ea. Team

*Additional Equipment Needed: Footwear (soccer cleats), water bottle, soccer ball, shin guards

*Volunteer Coaches - their child play's for free!

FEE: $60.00

*Refund Policy:

Fees are not refundable once teams have been made and a player is entered on a team, but may be applied as a credit for a future league. We understand that things may come up and plans change! Forming teams takes a lot of time: finding a volunteer coach, purchasing jerseys, balancing teams and accommodate requests.

Our recreational program is purely volunteer based and this is the reason we have a No refunds policy with the except for:

1)      a medical reason along with a written Doctor’s excuse for not playing our soccer season

2)      we not able to place the child on a team
